What to Do If a Booking Goes Wrong

She is not the woman in the photographs, she has not arrived, the rate has changed at the door. What to do in each case.

Most bookings are unremarkable. Occasionally one is not, and the difference between a bad evening and a resolved one is usually whether somebody said something at the time rather than a week later.

She is not the woman in the photographs

You are entitled to end the booking there and then, at the door, and you should. You do not owe an explanation and you do not owe the fee.

Then call us. This matters more than the individual evening: we meet every escort before she goes on the site and check her photographs against her at that meeting, so if this happens something has gone badly wrong at our end and we need to know immediately. It will be put right, and the profile comes down while we look into it.

She has not arrived

Give it fifteen minutes. London traffic is what it is, and she may be in a lift or a lobby working out which room.

Then ring us rather than her. We hold the diary, we can reach her, and we can tell you whether she is five minutes away or whether something has happened. If the booking cannot go ahead we will say so plainly and suggest somebody who can.

She ends the booking early

She is allowed to, at any point, without giving a reason. That is not a technicality; it is the basis on which any of this works, and it applies to every escort at every agency.

In practice this almost always follows something specific: a request for something not on her profile, pressure after a no, or the condom question. If you genuinely do not know why, call us and we will find out. If you do know why, the answer is on our etiquette page.

The rate is not what the profile said

Do not pay it. Call us before anything else happens.

The rate on the profile is the rate. There is nothing to settle with the agency, no booking fee, and no surcharge that appears at the door. If a different number is being quoted in the room, something is wrong and it is not something to sort out between the two of you.

Something was taken

Rare, and taken seriously. Call us the same evening with as much detail as you have. We hold the booking record and we will deal with it.

The practical protection is ordinary: keep your wallet, phone and keys somewhere you can see rather than in a jacket in another room, and do not leave cash lying about beyond what the booking costs.

You need to cancel

Call as early as you can. There is no charge for cancelling with reasonable notice, and we would far rather have the diary back than have someone travel for nothing.

Cancelling repeatedly on the day is the one thing that will get you taken off the books, because it costs an escort her evening each time.

The general rule

Say it at the time, and say it to us. An agency exists partly for this: there is somebody whose job it is to sort it out and who wants you to book again. Complaints a fortnight later are much harder to do anything about, because memories have moved on and so has everyone’s diary.

The number is on every page and a person answers it. Our guide to spotting a fake listing covers avoiding most of this in the first place.
