The terms a booking is made under. Written to be read rather than to be scrolled past, so they are short.
1. What we are
Escorts Near Me is a London escort agency. We introduce adults to one another for time and companionship, and we take a fee from the escorts on our books for that introduction. We are not a party to whatever the two of you agree once you have met.
2. What the rate covers
All rates cover an escort’s time and companionship only. Anything beyond that is a private matter between consenting adults, decided between them at the time, and it is not something we arrange, charge for, or have any part in.
Nothing on this site should be read as an offer of anything other than time and company.
3. Age
Every escort on our books is 18 or over. We verify this from photographic identification in person before anyone appears on the site, and we keep no one on the roster we have not met.
You must also be 18 or over to book. We will ask if there is any doubt, and we will decline if it is not resolved.
4. Making a booking
Bookings are made by telephone on +44 20 7846 3480, from 10am till late, seven days a week.
A booking is confirmed when we have told you it is. Until then nothing is held. We will confirm the escort, the time, the length, the address and the rate before ending the call, and it is worth checking those back to us.
We may decline a booking without giving a reason. So may any escort on our books, at any point, including after arrival. That right is not negotiable and it is part of why the arrangement works.
5. Payment
Nothing is paid to the agency. The rate shown on a profile is paid directly to the escort, in cash, in sterling, at the start of the booking.
We never ask for a deposit. Not for a first booking, not for an outcall, not for any reason. Anyone requesting a deposit, a bank transfer to a personal account, a gift card or a payment to hold a date is not acting for us. See how to pay and spotting a fake listing.
Outcall bookings usually carry a travel supplement of roughly £30 to £50. We will tell you the figure when you book, not afterwards.
6. Cancellation
By you. Cancel with reasonable notice and there is nothing to pay and nothing to explain. A few hours is courteous; the evening itself is not. Repeatedly cancelling on the day costs somebody their evening each time, and it is the one thing that will see us stop taking your bookings.
By us or by her. Occasionally a booking cannot go ahead. Illness, a train, a hotel that turns somebody away. We will tell you as early as we know, offer an alternative where we can, and you will owe nothing. We do not pay compensation for a cancelled booking beyond that.
Not being there. If an escort arrives at the address given and cannot reach you, the booking is treated as taken. Ring us if plans change; it takes a moment and it costs nothing.
7. Conduct
A booking ends immediately, with the full rate payable, if there is violence or the threat of it, if an escort is pressured over anything she has declined, if you are heavily intoxicated, or if you attempt to photograph or record her without her express agreement.
These are not hypothetical clauses. They are the four things that end bookings, and they are why every escort has our number on speed dial.
8. Photographs and recording
No photography, filming or audio recording of any kind without her explicit consent given at the time. Consent to one thing is not consent to another, and it can be withdrawn.
The photographs on this site are of the escorts they appear under, supplied by them and used with their permission. They remain their property and ours. Do not copy, republish or redistribute them.
9. Accuracy
We check every profile before it goes up and keep rates and availability current. Even so, details change. Where a profile is wrong in a way that matters, tell us and we will correct it.
Distances shown on area pages are calculated straight line from the centre of the area, so treat them as a guide to what is reasonable rather than as a route.
10. If something goes wrong
Ring us. That is the entire procedure and it is the main practical advantage of booking through an agency at all.
If the person who arrives is not the person on the profile, the booking ends there and nothing is owed. For anything else, we would rather hear it the same evening than read it in a review. See what to do if a booking goes wrong.
11. Reviews
Reviews left on this site are moderated before publication and appear under a first name. We publish critical reviews as readily as complimentary ones. We do not publish anything identifying, anything abusive, or anything describing what is outside the scope of clause 2.
12. Your information
We keep what a booking needs, for as long as it is useful, and no more. We do not sell it, share it or send you marketing you did not ask for. Our privacy policy sets out the detail.
13. Liability
We introduce adults to one another. We are not responsible for what two adults agree between themselves afterwards, and our liability in connection with any booking is limited to the introduction fee we received for it.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
