Body to Body Massage in London
The most widely offered massage on our books. What it involves, how oil differs from nuru gel, and why an hour is enough for this one.
The most widely offered massage on our books and the one people are most likely to have had without knowing its name. Seventy eight of the ninety four escorts we list offer body to body, which makes it the easiest of the four to book and the one that suits most evenings.
What it is
An oil massage where she uses her whole body rather than her hands alone. Forearms, chest, thighs, the length of her back.
Warm oil, plenty of it, and a lot more skin contact than a conventional massage. The technique is simple and the effect is not: continuous contact across a large area feels quite different from ten fingers working a small one.
How it differs from nuru
The two get confused constantly, and the difference is one ingredient.
Body to body uses oil. It absorbs a little, it warms, and it gives a grip as well as a glide.
Nuru uses gel, made from nori seaweed, which is far thicker and does not absorb at all. It holds a film between two bodies, so there is almost no friction. Nuru also needs a mat and a shower at both ends, which is why only thirty three of our roster offer it against seventy eight for body to body.
In short: nuru is the more involved production, body to body is the one you can add to an ordinary booking without any of the setup.
And how it differs from tantric
Tantric is about pace. It is slow, built around breathing, and needs ninety minutes minimum to be worth booking.
Body to body is warmer and quicker, and it works inside an hour. If you want the massage to be part of an evening rather than the whole of it, this is the one.
Length and setting
An hour is enough, which is the main practical advantage. Thirty or forty minutes of massage still leaves the rest of the booking to itself.
It works as an incall or an outcall. Unlike nuru there is no mat and no waterproofing, so a hotel room is fine, though put a towel down and expect oil on it. If you are booking a hotel, our guide on London hotel bookings covers the arrival.
The seventy eight who offer it are spread right across the areas we cover, so this is rarely the listing that narrows your choice.
What it costs
Her hourly rate, with nothing added. Body to body is listed as part of a booking rather than priced separately anywhere on our books. Where any surcharge applies it is written on the profile rather than produced at the door.

Practical points
- Shower first. Oil on skin that is already clean feels like oil. On skin that is not, it feels like oil.
- Say if you react to anything. Most use a plain unscented oil, but if you have a nut allergy, mention it, since some blends are almond based.
- It is not a deep tissue massage and it will not fix your back. If that is what you want, a sports therapist is the answer.
- Expect to shower after, which takes ten minutes off the booking. Factor it in.
What it does not include
The usual point, and it matters here because the listing sits next to a lot of others. Body to body describes the massage and nothing beyond it. What else she offers is on her profile, listed separately, and decided separately.
A massage listing is not a code for anything, and a booking made on the assumption that it is starts badly. Our glossary covers what the other abbreviations mean, and escort etiquette the conventions that apply to any booking.
Booking one
Mention it when you call. It is on most profiles, so it rarely changes who we suggest, but it does tell us how long you will want and whether incall or outcall makes more sense.
