Overnight Bookings Explained

An overnight booking is usually eight hours and usually includes sleeping. It is the longest thing we take, the best value per hour by a wide margin, and the one that most rewards a bit of planning.

What eight hours actually means

Typically arriving in the evening and leaving after breakfast. It is not eight hours of anything in particular: it is an evening, a night, and a morning, with the sleeping in between being a real part of it rather than an interruption.

People book their first overnight expecting the hourly experience stretched out and find it is a different thing entirely. Slower, more ordinary in the good sense, and closer to spending a night with somebody than to a booking.

What it costs

Give proper notice

A day or two at least, and more if you have a particular person in mind. An overnight takes her whole evening and the following morning, so it is not something most of the roster can pick up at short notice.

It is also the booking most worth planning around an escort you have already met. An overnight with somebody you clicked with on a two hour booking is a very different night from an overnight with a stranger.

Where to have it

A hotel is easiest, and most overnights are outcall for that reason. You want a room you would be happy to wake up in, with a decent bathroom and somewhere to sit that is not the bed.

Practical things people forget

• Food. Somewhere open late, or something in the room. An eight hour booking with nothing to eat is a long night.
• Breakfast. Order it, or know where you are going. It is a nicer end to the evening than a rushed exit.
• Somewhere for her things. She is bringing an overnight bag rather than a handbag.
• Your own sleep. Most people do actually sleep. Say so if you are a light sleeper and would rather separate duvets.

The morning

Let it be unhurried. The end of an overnight is the part people remember, and rushing her out at seven undoes most of what you paid for. If you have somewhere to be, say so the night before rather than in the morning.
